NYLC Advertising PackageExposure to over 2,500 youth pastors and leaders - The last conference saw attendance from 50 states, 4 continents and 40 denominations - Full-color, full-page (5 ½” by 8 ½”) glossy advertisement on 100 pound cardstock - Part of a binder that will be used as a reference resource for years to come - For those who have an exhibit as well, ads will serve to attract conference participants to your booth Graphic Specifics - Files need to be jpg, tif, psd or pdf (no Adobe Illustrator or Quark files) - Flatten all documents before you send - Trim size needs to be 4 ½” x 8 ¼” - .125” bleed all the way around - Keep all text ½” inside of bleed (or edge if no bleed) - 300 dpi or better - CMYK color Criteria for Advertisers NYLC is a conference specifically focused on youth ministry by youth pastors and leaders. To better serve and equip our attendees, advertising organizations should also have this focus both in their vision and content. Your organization will be evaluated according to these guidelines when being accepted as an NYLC Advertiser. The National Youth Leaders’ Conference reserves the right to refuse any advertising organization if it deems the focus of the organization to not be an appropriate complement for youth ministry, whether in focus, vision or presentation. Registration Process Complete and return the NYLC Exhibitor/Advertisement Application along with your $150 deposit by March 5, 2009. Please note that the graphic file needs to be submitted by March 5, 2009 as well.You will be notified of your acceptance within 10 days of receiving your application. If accepted, send your remaining advertisement fee by March 15, 2009. If you are not accepted, your $150 deposit with be refunded within 30 days. Cancellation Policy If the cancellation of the advertisement occurs before March 1, 2009, the price of the advertisement minus the $150 deposit fee will be refunded in the form of a check. Please notify us in writing of your wish to cancel. Advertisement fees are non-refundable after March 1, 2009.
